Shipping Policy

Residential orders placed by 9 a.m. EST in GTA* will receive them between 4 and 11 p.m. SAME DAY.

Corporate orders placed by 9 a.m. EST in GTA* will receive them next day at business location between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. EST

Outside of GTA orders (within Ontario) placed by 9 a.m. EST will be shipped out with 1-2 business days, and customers can expect to receive their order with 1-7 business days. 

Outside of Ontario orders placed by 9 a.m. EST will be shipped out within 1-2 business days, and customers can expect to receive their order within 1-9 business days.

Delays with shipping can happen because of road closures, missed flights, and inclement weather.
