Due to overwhelming demand right now ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges may be made at this time.
We do appreciate your support and loyalty and want you to be satisfied with your order. Should you need to contact us for any reason please do reach out to us at info@masksupplycanada.com. Our team will do our best to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@masksupplycanada.com. Please ensure this is done within 30 days after receiving your product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Once a box of masks has been opened, it will no longer be accepted as a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Currently we are not accepting exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This will be completed within 2 business days of the inspection completion. You should receive the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
